  • Usage & Performance Data: Interaction statistics, session duration, screens viewed, crash logs, and performance metrics.

C. Camera Data & Food Recognition

  • Camera Access: The App requests access to your device's camera only when you explicitly use the food scanner feature.

  • Image Processing: Photos captured via the camera are processed solely to analyze food items, estimate nutritional content, and generate meal data. Images are transmitted securely to our AI processing servers for analysis and are not stored permanently or shared for marketing purposes.

We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including to:

  • Generate personalized meal plans, recipes, and daily calorie targets.

  • Process food images and estimate nutritional information.

  • Manual Request: You can submit a formal data deletion request by emailing us at oldbboy25@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Upon receiving your request, we will permanently remove all associated personal profile data from our systems within 30 days.

Smart Meal Planner is not intended for or directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete it from our servers.
